DVD – Traditional Thai Massage

This is an introductory DVD on Traditional Thai Yoga Massage. This DVD is filmed on location in Phuket Thailand showing 3 receiving positions, typical techniques and methods you will use to complete a basic Thai Massage. The DVD is filmed without speaking and has traditional Thai music in the background. The DVD has several sections. A. Introduction – a few minutes showing pictures of Phuket sights intertwined with sections of Thai massage. B. Position 1 – Lying on back, C. Position 2 – Lying on front, D. Position 3 – Sitting. The ‘bonus’ section contains Head & Face Massage which his often included in a typical Thai massage and also a full Thai Foot Massage on both feet is shown including use of wraps and wooden massage stick.
