Cancellation/Refund Policy

3 Day “cooling off” period

If you give notice of course cancellation:

Within 3 days of you signing up and paying for the course you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus an administration fee of $25 AUD. (Australian Dollars)

If you give notice of course cancellation:

After the 3 day cooling off period we reserve the right to keep your entire deposit as by then we have sent you the course study material including mailing a course DVD valued at $125.00 AUD and you will have material possession our intellectual property. (AUD = Australian Dollars)

If you give notice of course deferment or student replacement:

Once you have paid your deposit we will allow you to delay your course for up to 12 months or you can transfer you course to another student without any extra charge. You will be responsible for all course material sent to you and providing such material to the replacement student. 

Please note accommodation cancellation penalties will vary with the hotel you are booked with.

We do not take any responsibility for cancellation or loss of any other associated costs including but not limited to flights, accommodation, transfers and other bookings.

 Insurance Disclaimer

You are required to have travel insurance when participating in our courses. Therefore, when you sign up and pay for one of our courses you are agreeing to be responsible for travel insurance prior to attending our courses.
